Terms of service
Effective 11 September 2026. ExpiryTracker is offered by MobX GmbH for business use, including sole traders. These terms apply when you create an account.
The service
ExpiryTracker stores expiry records and schedules email reminders. You are responsible for accurate dates and lawful use. This is an organizational aid, not insurance, legal advice, certification validation or a guarantee of compliance. Keep independent safeguards for deadlines with significant consequences. Email filtering, third-party outages and delivery delays can affect reminders.
Accounts and appropriate use
Use an email address you control and protect access to it. Each account has one workspace; shared team member access is not included. Do not use the service to send spam, upload unlawful content, bypass limits or interfere with other users. You retain rights to your data and give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the service.
Free and Pro
Free supports up to 5 active records. Pro supports up to 250 active records for €9 per month, including applicable VAT. Pro is charged in advance and renews monthly until cancelled. Stripe Checkout displays the price and payment details before purchase. Paid access begins after payment confirmation. If payment fails, paid access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Cancellation and data
Cancel through Plan & billing. Pro stays available until the paid period ends, then your account returns to Free. Existing records remain readable, editable and exportable, and continue reminders, but new records cannot be added above the Free limit. Deleting the account cancels a subscription immediately and deletes workspace data. No automatic prorated refunds are provided for unused periods, except where required by law. Contact support for billing errors.
Availability and responsibility
We maintain the service with reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a service-level agreement. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory statutory liability remains unrestricted. For ordinary negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for this contract. Otherwise ordinary negligence liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes, suspension and contact
We may suspend unlawful or abusive use and will notify you where appropriate. Material changes to paid pricing or terms will be communicated in advance and will not retroactively change a paid period. German law applies, subject to mandatory applicable protections. Contact: contact@mobx.app.
